You get to the final room, and the Giant Spear Man is back. It's not only a brutal Time Attack platforming challenge that demands precision platforming the game has never once expected of you, it's also this surreal body horror nightmare where the level look alive with fleshy organic walls that have eyes growing out of them and mouths that endlessly spew water, and the various enemies of the game are trapped in the walls frozen in terrified expressions. Then you do the the final stage unlocked by 100% completion of the 50 levels across the five paths.
You fight him like five times throughout the game's multiple routes and every time you reach him the game doesn't even pretend it's an actual boss fight he just saunters back and forth while a jaunty tune plays and it's not only entirely possible to stunlock him to death, it's actually encouraged and doing it all in one go is just about the only challenge the poor guy can throw at you. He's a Spear Man, the game's most basic recurring enemy, and he's giant.
